As you can see in the above video, trading the intermediate term trend, trades lasting 6 weeks to 6 months, make much more money than short term trading.
I know most traders love short term trading, especially day trading, even though they can't do it well and lose a lot of money doing it. You may love to day trade, but no one trades for love.
Statistically, we know day trading and trading options loses money. In fact, there's no faster way to lose money than by day trading or trading options! The people who make the big money catch the big moves. They don't trade in and out, and they don't trade against the trend.
